How can we help you?

  • What are my payment options?
    You can pay online through our Pay Pal account or you can deposit the payment at our BPI account. Account details will be disclosed upon confirmed purchase of the item.
  • How do I know if my payment went through?
    You will receive a payment confirmation from Pay Pal or if the payment has been made through our BPI account, you may send us the deposit slip and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
  • What if I want to cancel my order?
    Once the item has been purchased, there’s a no return no exchange policy. We will only accept exchange of items if it is proven to be defective within 7 days upon receipt of the item. An after-sales service process will be strictly followed.
  • Is my personal information safe?
    Yes, your personal information is safe at our website. We simply follow a confidentiality policy within the company.
  • What are my delivery options?
    We can ship the item to your preferred address with a delivery charge depending on the location.
  • Where do you deliver and what are the shipping rates?
    We deliver items within Metro Manila and outside Metro Manila. The shipping rates vary depending on the delivery location.
  • When can I expect delivery? Return policy?
    The delivery will be 2 – 5 working days upon purchase. We will notify you once the item has been shipped to your preferred address. Note that delivery days may exceed 7 working days depending on the delivery location.
  • When can I change the filters of the Air Purifier?
    The filter can be changed within 6 to 12 months depending on the indoor environment and the usage of the unit. The Air Purifiers have an indicator once you need to replace the filters. A RESET button will appear or light up on the unit and a tone will ring once it needs to be replaced.
